Long-Shaft Pump
A long-shaft pump is a special pump type where only the casing with the knife system is submerged in the fluid and where the submerged parts are connected to the motor above the liquid level through a long vertical shaft. they are designed to handle the high solids content and abrasive materials commonly found in wastewater treatment plants.
